About Icilda Edwards: The CEO
My name is Icilda Edwards, the founder and CEO of Grace Assisted Living Homes LLC.
It has been a lifelong dream of mine to establish Grace Assisted Living, a community for compassionate care to individuals who have experienced challenges in one way or another and find it difficult to care for themselves. I am proud to say that I have been blessed to have the opportunity to fulfill my passion where I can directly impact those in my care to a more fulfilling lifestyle.
I currently have a Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University and have been a Licensed Practical Nurse for 25 years, where I have had experience with all phases of Dementia and Alzheimer’ diseases, Critical care and Gerontology. I also have experience working with younger individuals who have mental and physical disabilities.
Apart from my extensive training and experience my well-trained staff, as well as myself will deliver a compassionate and empathetic approach with the emphasis on individualized care.
I look forward to welcoming new clients and family members to Grace Covenant Assisted Homes. I would also like to thank my existing clients and staff for being the best part of Grace Covenant Assisted Homes.
